Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

RETURN POLICY
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions. Before returning any item, you must contact us within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Suzanne Roberts Gifts reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In order to protect the interests of our customer's, all orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Suzanne Roberts Gifts is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products which Suzanne Roberts Gifts offers for sale.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Suzanne Roberts Gifts is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact us within 30 days by email or by phone at (214) 369-8336 to request a replacement. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement (refer to packing slip):

• Order Number
• Product SKU number
• Bill-to zip code
• Bill-to phone number

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

• All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).
• Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
• You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
• Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don't send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
• All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All of Suzanne Roberts Gifts' products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee against defects. For a return or replacement of your product please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. All non-defective returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. You must return the product in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation and, if applicable, its blank warranty card.

Any defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date for replacement or refund.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.Please contact us before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

TAX
Suzanne Roberts Gifts is located in the state of Texas and is only obligated to withhold sales tax respectively for delivery within Texas. If you live outside of Texas, you do not pay any sales tax!

DISCLAIMER
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
